This is a “Selfie” of Isis. She is not quite 8 months old. Tonight she SAVED Christmas!!!! My family was out & about this evening & Isis & I were finally getting some down time. Well, this pup who rarely barks was going nuts in the back yard! Literally NUTS! I’m not too worried… Could be a chicken or a toy problem…. Who knew. So I wander out & she is BY-My-SIDE the moment I walk out the door. She was like VELCRO! I wandered to the garage, not thinking 2 much of it & then I heard glass breaking back @ the house. Yet again, she never once left my side. She barked & snarled, but (untrained to do so) she never left me. It was a random break-in attempt that was foiled by this loyal & lovely girl. We will still have a Merry Christmas w/Isis around.
We at Globalhaus German Shepherds wish a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to our friends and families around the world.

Record Breaking Event

We are pleased to report that our March conformation show, trial and breed survey at OG Carolina was a record breaking WDA club event. 140 dogs were entered in the event, and we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our fellow club members who worked so hard to make this happen. OG Carolina youngsters also achieved their BH and AD titles. And of course a very special thank you to Ruediger and Margit Mai.

The almost Spring update from all of us here in the Southern part of Heaven:
So excited about our upcoming litters, the next generation. Last year’s kids from Belgie, Fanta, Nicoll, and Kloud showing this year in the USA Sieger Show and North American Sieger Show.
Meanwhile we are hosting a great training weekend with none other than Steve House, National WDA Teaching Helper on March 9th and 10th.
And our OG Carolina Show with Progeny Groups, Breed Survey, Trial and AD March 29-31, 2013 is proving to be a great success. Trial is totally full and competitors coming in from around the country for the great privilege of trialing and showing under esteemed SV Richter Herr Ruediger Mai.

We are enjoying a lovely January here in North Carolina. Seems like Spring already, and we do have a busy Spring ahead of us. Our training club, O.G. Carolina, is hosting an IPO trial, AD, breed survey, and conformation show with progeny groups. The judge is the world famous SV Richter and Koermeister Herr Ruediger Mai, and the dates are March 28-31st, 2013. The response has been overwhelming and we’re hoping for good weather in what will be a jam packed weekend of German Shepherds trialing in obedience, tracking, courage, endurance and showing off their remarkable conformation and movement in the show ring. We are honored that five GSDCA-WDA national level training and teaching officials will be in attendance at the event, and we are also expecting a very nice turnout of top stud dogs from all over the country.
Our 2012 litters are all spoken for, but during 2013 we will be breeding litters with Belgie (VA1 Hoss Hirmer Teich x Zecke Bergsmanhoff), Nicoll (VA1 Hatto Huhnegrab x Caterina Stueber Haus), Fanta (VA1 Nicoll von der Ochsenfurt x Ken Elzmundungsraum) and first time litters with our new rising stars, Zecke vom Globalhaus (VA1 Bill x Belgie) and Yes!! vom Globalhaus (VA Ustinov Roemerland x Fanta vom Globalhaus.) Reservations are being accepted at this time.
